01 — GENERAL TERMS

• All products are digital goods unless otherwise stated.
• You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, included features, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.
• You may not use GLiTChdoLL products for unlawful purposes or in ways that violate another person's rights.
• Purchasing a product grants you a limited license to use it under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original work.
• Product-specific licensing terms may apply and should be reviewed before use.

02 — OWNERSHIP & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original models, assets, textures, designs, and files created by GLiTChdoLL remain the intellectual property of GLiTChdoLL unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Purchasing a product grants permission to use the asset within the limits of the applicable license. It does not transfer copyright, ownership, or the right to independently distribute the original files.

You may not claim GLiTChdoLL's original work as your own.

03 — PERMITTED USE

Unless a product listing states otherwise, you may:

• Use purchased assets in your own VRChat avatars and compatible personal projects.
• Make personal edits and modifications to purchased assets.
• Feature finished creations containing the assets in screenshots, videos, streams, social media posts, and other content.
• Monetize eligible finished creations, including videos, streams, and commissioned avatars, provided the original files are not improperly shared or distributed.
• Use purchased assets in commissioned avatar work, subject to the conditions in Section 05.

You must follow any additional restrictions stated in the applicable product listing.

04 — PROHIBITED USE

Unless you have explicit written permission from GLiTChdoLL, you may not:

• Redistribute, leak, publicly upload, or share the original product files.
• Resell, repackage, sublicense, or give away the original assets, whether modified or unmodified.
• Include the original files in another asset pack, download, or product.
• Claim the original work as your own.
• Make the original files accessible to others through unauthorized downloads or file-sharing services.
• Use the assets for unlawful activities or to infringe another person's rights.

MODIFYING AN ASSET DOES NOT GRANT PERMISSION TO RESELL OR REDISTRIBUTE IT.

05 — COMMERCIAL USE & COMMISSIONED AVATARS

You may monetize finished creations featuring GLiTChdoLL assets, including eligible videos, streams, social media content, and commissioned avatars, unless a product listing explicitly imposes additional restrictions.

Commissioners may receive a finished avatar or other agreed-upon final deliverable containing a GLiTChdoLL asset. However, this does not automatically grant the commissioner ownership of, or permission to redistribute, the original asset files.

When completing commissioned work, you must ensure that:

• The original GLiTChdoLL files are not improperly shared or distributed.
• The customer receives only the files and permissions allowed under the applicable license.
• The finished work does not violate these Terms of Service or any additional product-specific restrictions.

Commercial use of the original asset as a standalone product, or its resale as an asset pack, is not permitted without explicit written permission from GLiTChdoLL.

06 — REDISTRIBUTION & FILE SHARING

Purchased files are licensed to the purchaser and must remain under their control, except where sharing is expressly permitted by the applicable license.

You may not share original files with friends, partners, commissioners, or other creators simply because you own a copy.

If another person needs access to an asset, they must obtain their own license unless GLiTChdoLL has explicitly authorized another arrangement.

Sharing a finished avatar or permitted final deliverable does not authorize the recipient to extract, redistribute, or resell the original asset files.

07 — MODIFICATIONS & DERIVATIVE WORKS

You may modify purchased assets for your own permitted use and for authorized commissioned projects.

Modifications do not remove the original creator's rights in the underlying work. You may not redistribute or sell a modified version if doing so would violate these terms or the applicable product license.

If you are unsure whether a particular modification or use is permitted, contact GLiTChdoLL before distributing it.

08 — REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once a purchase has been completed.

Refunds are not ordinarily offered for change of mind, accidental purchases, incompatibility that could have been identified from the product description, or dissatisfaction with a product that matches its listing.

Exceptions may apply where a refund is required by applicable law or where GLiTChdoLL chooses to approve a refund.

If you experience a broken download, missing files, or a technical issue with a purchased product, contact GLiTChdoLL so the issue can be reviewed.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

09 — PRODUCT SUPPORT

Support may be available for issues directly related to the purchased product, including missing files, broken downloads, or files that materially differ from the product listing.

Unless explicitly included in the listing, support does not guarantee installation assistance, custom edits, personal setup services, or troubleshooting of unrelated software and third-party tools.

Compatibility with third-party software, platforms, and future updates is not guaranteed unless stated in the product listing.

10 — THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS

Some products may rely on third-party software or platforms, including VRChat, Unity, Blender, or other creator tools.

You are responsible for following the applicable rules, licenses, and technical requirements of those platforms.

GLiTChdoLL is not responsible for third-party outages, platform changes, or issues caused by services or software outside its control.

11 — VIOLATIONS OF THESE TERMS

Violations of these terms may result in the revocation of permission to use the affected product, requests to remove unauthorized copies or listings, and other remedies available under applicable law.

GLiTChdoLL may report unauthorized distribution or infringement to relevant platforms where appropriate.

Any action taken will be subject to applicable law and any rights that cannot legally be waived.

12 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

GLiTChdoLL may update these Terms of Service as its products, licenses, and business practices change.

The current version will be published on the official GLiTChdoLL website. Changes will not retroactively remove rights already acquired where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
